Refund policy

Due to the bespoke nature of most of my pieces, I cannot offer refunds as I will have made the piece specifically for you. I am very happy for you to email me if you have an issue and I will try my best to help you! If the piece is broken within the first 3 months I will fix it for you for no additional charge.
